Selling In San Jose
Make an unfinished restoration easier to assess
The most useful project description separates work completed from work still planned. Tell us whether the body has been painted, the engine rebuilt or the interior removed. An invoice for work already done and a photograph of the current car are more useful than a list of upgrades you once intended to make.
Explain the mechanical condition
An installed engine is different from a running car. Tell us what you actually know about starting, driving, steering and braking, and say when a detail has not been checked.
Describe workshop access
If the car is in a business park, storage facility or condominium garage, include access hours and loading restrictions. We plan pickup around the vehicle's actual location.
Do I need to reassemble my project before selling?
No. We review partially disassembled classic cars. Send photographs of the shell and major components, explain what is missing, and identify the parts included in the sale. Discuss how loose or heavy pieces can be collected before agreeing on pickup.
